Welcome!  I’m Tammy Patterson.  I was born and raised in Huron County and I’m proud to call Goderich, Ontario my home town.

I am a true professional in the Real Estate industry, licensed as a Sales Representative since 1994.  Over the years I’ve learned first hand to embrace and adapt to broader trends. I recognize the need to take a new approach that puts my customers experiences and expectations at the heart of everything.  I have thorough experience in residential , cottage, small acreage & income properties.  Member of Huron-Perth Real Estate Association, Ontario Real Estate Association and the Canadian Real Estate Association.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, I was a payroll clerk, office administrator and customer service representative while gaining real estate experience along side first generation family Realtors.

I am a devoted mother of three boys and married for over 16 yrs.  I am a proud hockey mom, and take pleasure in being a health & fitness enthusiast, training for over 9 years at The Tank, in Goderich.  I love the outdoors, learning new things, helping others & living life.
